KiTable
The collection “KITable” includes three tables, which differ in their size by height and the diameter of their table legs. 23 tables have been installed in different places of the Campus of Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). The collection enables to redefine and redesign existing places in terms of their usability. For instance, benches, meadows and unused areas on the campus are transformed into a place to meet, get together or study outside. The uniform colour scheme makes the “KITables” easily recognizable as places of gathering and visually connects the different locations where they are installed.
